The role......Carer - Days or Nights Working in a small team of committed carers, you will ensure our residents receive joy, happiness and fulfilment which is firmly linked to our mission statement. The role of the Carer will vary depending on the needs of the residents but will range from personal care, helping with mealtime, ensuring resident stimulation and most importantly, ensuring our residents receive an exceptional experience whilst in our care. Qualification & Experience needed..... Experience of working with the elderly in a care setting or having looked after a loved one in your personal life. Experience of working with people who have dementia is desirable, but not essential. Working towards or currently qualified at NVQ2 Health and Social care qualification (or equivalent).
