The Resilience Technical Program Manager will join the Engineering Resilience to coordinate efforts among projects as we accelerate business and systems resilience programs. You will help to implement the integrated framework and processes that encourage readiness and response protocols as we evolve our approach to incident management. You will work with our forecasting and analytics team to monitor performance and make improvements. Your role will include: the operation, planning, and verification of resilience and availability. As a manager you will have excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities. You have project management experience and can provide thoughtful and timely execution. You'll navigate ambiguity and prefer a collaborative work approach, and are skilled at influencing others without direct authority. You're wired to continuously identify and implement process improvements. In addition to continuously driving and improving execution of this core mission, you will work closely with cross-functional counterparts in engineering, product management, marketing, finance, and executive teams to ensure the operations team and systems are supporting the broader growth, launching new features, developing and growing business opportunities, and enhancing our customer experience. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and end-users around the world at all levels and will contribute to the OE roadmap by identifying and prioritizing customer requirements. You live and breathe data analysis, and can succinctly and accurately report your findings on systems scale, growth projections and operational improvements. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: significant experience developing Internet-scale consumer services, strong technical judgment, exceptional attention to detail, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a deep motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
