Company Description The team at Home Instead Senior Care in Chingford is passionate about providing care to it's clients which not only improves the quality of their life but those of their families too. Each and every one of our clients has a care plan tailored specifically to their own needs. Whether it's a trip to the park for some fresh air, a visit to the hairdressers; some help around the house or assistance with shopping; right through to medication reminders and post-operative support or respite care we are here to help. We believe that care can't be delivered in a short, rushed visit so our care calls are of a minimum (one hour) duration. What's more, we take time to carefully match our CAREGivers to clients so that they share common areas of interest and can form an immediate bond. We only employ the most caring, considerate and empathetic CAREGivers - people to whom making a difference to the lives of others is important. Job Description Are you interested in working either mornings, evenings and weekends? If so, we are looking for people with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients across Chingford and North London, supporting and enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This could be by helping with jobs around the home, going shopping or to appointments, encouraging interests and hobbies, and assisting with morning and evening routines. Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. We are looking for male and female CAREGivers with: A warm heart, a caring nature and ability to build long-lasting positive relationships, A personable, empathetic and reliable personality, A genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring organisation, The ability to do evening and weekend work. Additional Information As a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay, starting from 9.50 per hour and excellent support.
