Purpose and responsibilities of the Field Clinical Specialist To promote company products through education of current & potential customers, and support clinical implant procedures by providing clinical education for a variety of customer needs within your specialist division, and across a defined region. The role requires the FCS to become a "Trusted Advisor" and serve as primary resource for clinical and technical support consisting of tackling a variety of issues relating to troubleshooting. Become a trusted partner to the implanting team and continue to develop business relationships with hospital personnel Develop local education programs, to meet the educational needs of the customers. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations to keep all customers abreast of the latest Boston Scientific procedures What will we be looking for in you * Dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, committed * Clinical and/or scientific education to degree level is preferred * Good anatomical knowledge * Previous clinical experience * Dedicated to helping the patient * Strong relationship building & communication skills... You're patient & have empathy * Be comfortable working in a hospital environment (operating theatre, cath labs etc) * Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely * knowledge of the NHS.is highly desirable * Good presentation skills * Ability to travel This is more than just another job.
