Celgene, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for an Associate Director Pricing, Tenders and Access. **Essential Function Responsibilities** + The development and management of portfolio-wide strategies and tactics for an industry leading offering to support pipeline and promoted products, plus mature/non-promoted brands in the UK and Ireland + Leading and driving excellence in maintenance of value for mature brands/non-promoted products across business units, working together with all relevant local functions and World Wide teams + Responsible for development and successful execution of local solutions, with input from World Wide teams **Primary Role** + The Pricing and Market Access Associate Director is primarily responsible for developing optimal pricing and market access strategies for pipeline products, and also supports in-line brands and selected non-promoted brands + He/she will play a key part in developing pre-launch plans and securing resources from WW/Global to support effective preparations for launching new brands + Understanding the optimal pricing and market access approach (including clinical evidence versus standard of care, NHS budget impact, Cost Effectiveness, Payer attitudes, Reference Pricing, developments within evolving NHS) + Cross functional working (HEOR, Medical, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Homecare Services) as well as the ability to balance these factors in analysis and decision making is required + Pro-actively identifies market access opportunities for the organisation through effective planning and development of financially sound business proposals + Responsible for liaising with WW/Global colleagues and external stakeholders in order to benefit from their expertise and to gain alignment across functions + Builds strong relationships with organisation and industry peers to strengthen BMS image, competitive position and performance + Manage an agreed portion of the BMS mature products portfolio (for UK & Ireland), to maximise the value + Lead BMS national, regional and hospital level tenders where relevant for BMS portfolio products **Mature products portfolio management** + When relevant, work with Business Unit Directors to plan transition from promoted to non-promoted brands + Define mature brands value maintenance pricing/tender approaches as part of a wider pricing LCM framework + Define and execute market access opportunities for mature brands and obtain local management buy-in + Support Corporate initiatives in relation to mature brands rationalisation and implement in UK & Ireland + Understand the optimal pricing and market access approach for mature brands + Manage BMS pricing tool (APEX or PAS) with Finance team support, and liaise with Customer Service team to update SAP + Work closely with Distribution Strategy & Pharmacy Team to ensure product availability in UK & Ireland + Prepare sales forecast in collaboration with Commercial Analytics and Finance for all projection/budget cycles + Liaise with Regulatory to ensure licenses are up to date + Monitor competitor trends **Tender management** + Define and execute tender strategy for prioritised and non-promoted brands liaising with General Manager, Finance, Business Unit, Legal, and Pricing team colleagues (for prioritised brands) + Own CBS tool (tender management tool) + Ensure tender prices are approved in CBS prior to submission deadlines + Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders in CMU tool + Act as a point of contact for CMU **Compliance** + Perform all of the above duties in an ethical and legally compliant manner, adhering to the BMS Principles of Integrity, BMS policies and procedures applicable to the role and relevant local legislation and industry codes of practices + Contribute to the effective operation of the company's quality management system and maintain the highest standards of quality.Ensure all required trainings are completed and documented in the appropriate in e-learning system. + Alert your line manager or Compliance & Ethics Lead to possible compliance issues. + Report any adverse events or product quality complaints immediately to Medical Information in accordance with the relevant BMS complaint reporting procedures. **Experiences Des
