Job Description
The Crafty Pig is an up and coming pub in Manchester's City Centre right on the edge of the Northern Quarter; somewhere to relax, work, grab a coffee or bite to eat, or unwind with friends in the evening - there's something to satisfy everyone! We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team full time to continue the success of the pub by delivering delicious meals for our guests. We always look to promote from within at Bermondsey Pubs. As a result, we have a strong belief in nurturing and developing our staff. Responsibilities include: * -Cook food in a timely manner and to company specification. * -Consistently deliver outstanding levels of service and ensure that the needs of each individual guest are met. * -Ensure all stock management processes are followed including; delivery, storage, stock rotation and ordering. * -Adhere to all Licensing, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations. * -Support the opening and closing of the kitchen in line with Company processes as required Requirements * Be able to use initiative with stock control, ordering and preparation * Be able to work as part of a cohesive team, with a great work ethic and able to follow direction and instructions by the in house management team * Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment * Excellent time management * Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes * Familiarity with sanitation regulations Benefits * Team 50% discount of food & drink in all Bermondsey pubs * Flexible hours * Working with a great team * Competitive hourly pay * Kitchen apprenticeship opportunities to actively support progression within Bermondsey Bermondsey Pubs are proud to announce our partnership with the Licenced Trade Charity.
