Position: Part Time Incident Manager (Home Working) Department: Home Emergency Call Centre Location: Permanent Home working (post lock down must be able to travel to H/O Castle Donington for any adhoc training required or team building events) The Role In these very unusual times our client is adapting, as everybody is. At CET they are excited to be recruiting (virtually) and expanding their great team. Unlike other call centres they are not a sales focused environment and are completely focussed on the customer journey. They deal with customers that are experiencing a home emergency on behalf of well-known insurers. It would be your role to ensure that this experience is a smooth and as efficient as possible and to help support them during a difficult time but offering exceptional customer service. Core Responsibilities * Receive Home Emergency Claims via telephone, email or specific client portals * Deploy a Supplier from our network to each claim within the required SLA * Follow through every claim so that the customer only has to make one phone call into the team * Handle and try to resolve any complaint at the first point of notification Essential Skills * Excellent customer service skills * Attention to detail * Resilient * Exceptional telephone manner * Ability to own and follow-up * Self-Motivated * Good problem solver * Comfortable working alone Working Hours: 16.5 hours (additional hours available in busy periods and encouraged) Holiday Entitlement: 28 days inc. Bank holidays plus 1 day for every 1-year service, up to 33 days max.
