We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the AWS EMEA TA Operations team to help collaboratively drive operational excellence across the EMEA AWS TA organization. The Business Operations Manager will report into the EMEA TA Operations Lead and will be responsible for implementing and strategizing, streamlined activities within the organisation based on the priorities of the AWS TA organisation. You will handle day-to-day management of KPI tracking, reporting, trends and data analysis to allow the TA Leadership to focus on growing our business. In this role, you will work collaboratively as a business partner with EMEA AWS TA Sr. Recruiting Managers, as well as Finance and Business Operations teams across various Industry teams to deliver on key responsibilities outlined below. You will work alongside global counterparts and deliver in line with global frameworks while building regional views. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the operational, financial and HC goals and metrics for industry verticals while enabling Sr Recruiting Managers and recruiting managers to self-serve around data and analytics. Build reporting strategy and solutions, tell the story around the data, and provide actionable insights to drive hiring delivery for specific industry teams. Provide reporting inputs and insights into industry team MBRs, including forecasting future performance. Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to recruiting leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary. Identify performance trends, spotting opportunities and threats to drive operational efficiency and sound decision making. Project manage critical initiatives across global stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure the initiative lands in the field. Collaborate with global Business Operations counterparts and communicate across global stakeholders at all levels, knowing individual businesses well enough to represent Sr. Recruiting Managers where needed.
