Job Description
an exciting opportunity to join NHS Tayside Due to ward restructure and development an exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, reliable and caring Health Care Support workers to join our team in Ward 1. The successful candidate will assist in delivering high quality person centred care alongside our skilled and dedicated nursing, medical and AHP teams. We aim to ensure safe, effective and timely care that meets the needs of our varied patient group in what can be a fast paced and demanding environment. The successful candidate will assist patients in all activities of daily living and will be required to demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to patient care. Ward 1 is a friendly and caring work environment. We firmly believe that staff wellbeing and development is paramount to the delivery of high standards of patient care and experience. The successful candidate will have opportunity to engage with education within the ward and the future development of education pathways to support the HCSW role. We look forward to hearing from you.
