Job Title Security Monitoring and Response Analyst 1 Security Monitoring and Response Analyst 1 Job Description Summary The primary responsibilities of the Identity Access Management (AIMS) Analyst will be following and enforcing the Identity Access Management (IDAM) policies and processes at Vocalink. This position will be entry level into the architecture and design of the IDAM program. The primary goal of this position will be to pursue a mature security posture with regards to ensuring appropriate application and system access, certificate management and Data loss prevention ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage starter/mover /leavers access Work with IDAM team on the planning, scheduling and periodic access reviews of end user access. Coordinate efforts to seek out and assess potential security issues where applicable (for example: excessive privileges relative to job duty or separation of duties, escalate as required). Work on the development of Identifying and documenting process improvements and streamline systems access requests during new hire, transfer and termination processes. Investigate current automation efforts and work on improving the current process and creating new automation of provisioning and de-provisioning incoming systems and applications. Work with direct management to provide guidance in the development and maintenance of user roles/responsibilities while implementing a RBAC (Role Based Access Control) model where possible. Support internal and external audits by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review. Issue and manage life cycle of certificates and smartcards Monitor for data loss Investigating and remediating activity and incident alerts Experience Related Security degree or equivalent Security Junior IT or networking experience required Ability to manage parallel tasks and accurately document resolutions Experience working with customers in a fast pace environment Basic troubleshooting Accurate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with customers via the phone Desirable CISSP ISO 27001/ISAE 3000 audit experience Active Directory knowledge to include account creation and groups SIEM experience (Splunk) SQL knowledge Experience with cloud-based systems CyberArk Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
