With a 4 billion investment programme underway and plans to deliver full fibre to 8 million premises, now is the perfect time to get involved. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Location: Based in Huddersfield With such an ambitious rollout plan, it's vital our City builds are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible. That's why we need a Delivery Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support, keeping communications open between the City Build team and the Regional teams. You'll keep projects running smoothly by coordinating meetings, producing project reports, and monitoring the workflow management system. You'll also; * Set up and monitor team meetings * Support with project-related resourcing, including recruitment administration and onboarding * Update and maintain the Salesforce CRM system * Attend customer and supplier meetings WHAT WILL YOU BRING? You'll take a proactive approach to coordinating our projects, using your administrative support experience to help our City builds run smoothly. Your excellent communication skills will keep key stakeholders informed of how projects are progressing, while your organisational skills mean you'll be able to work to tight deadlines and keep up with our fast pace of working. You'll also have; * Experience in an office environment * A track record of liaising with clients * Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Ideally, Project Management or Administrative accreditation and working knowledge of BTOR, Depotnet and CRM systems WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
