Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone's life? Qualifications Reliable? Over 18 with a car? Friendly with common sense? You don't need particular qualifications to become a brilliant CAREGiver with us - we provide all the support and training you will need. However, it can help to have some experience of working in a care setting or supporting other people. Maybe caring for a family member or voluntary experience? You will have a passion for helping others and pride yourself on giving the best possible service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
