Job Description
Nurse Seekers are excited and proud to be recruiting an RGN Qualified Nurse for a fantastic private nursing and residential home located in the lovely South Devon town of Plympton. With an all green CQC rating our client makes sure that all residents are truly respected and valued as individuals, with an ethos to create a strong and supportive working environment. As an RGN, Qualified Nurse you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of the residents to help deliver the quality of care they deserve. The successful RGN qualified nurse will be joining a dedicated, passionate and highly qualified team, who strive on improvement. If you have a passion for nursing and a genuine drive for providing quality care then this is the role for you. For this role you will be required to hold a valid NMC Registration Pin and have very good knowledge of the up to date clinical practices. In addition to this you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge and have excellent communication skills between both residents and staff, always making sure you report to the manager. You will need to capable of building close relationships with residents and their families whilst making sure they are supported in an individualised way. Skills Required * A compassionate and caring nature * To be a Qualified Registered General Nursing with a valid NMC PIN * Up-to-date clinical skills * Knowledge of the current practices laid down by the CQC * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to manage your work load and maintain standards * Ability to monitor and mantian clinical skills * Auditing skills In return for your hard work as a Qualified Nurse you will receive a fantastic pay rate, generous holiday allowance, continued training throughout your employment, pensions scheme, free parking, and above all the chance to work and progress for a private forward-thinking residential home.
