Our aim is simple - to provide excellent care within our family orientated care homes. We do this by striving to deliver the best service we can, while ensuring our committed health care professionals have the passion to deliver an excellent service. We are now ready to embark on a period of ambitious growth and expand our care home portfolio. To realise our plans, we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager/Commissioning Manager to oversee the transition of new homes into the gold care family. The Project Manager/Commissioning Manager will work as part of a wider project team to ensure our exceptional standard of care is delivered by overseeing existing care home managers. Project Manager/Commissioning Manager requirements: * Significant experience of commissioning new care homes and transferring new homes into a care home portfolio. * Experience of working within a residential or nursing care home environment. * Experience of successfully delivering acquisitions. * Experience of leading a project management team. * Extensive stakeholder management experience.
