Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the amazing city of Lisbon? We are looking for fluent FRENCH speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you! As a Customer Travel Advisor, you will represent the world's leading online marketplace for travel accommodation and experiences. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries on among others accommodation, prices, completing/amending reservations, queries regarding reviews etc. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important. We are looking for candidates who have: * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and English * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience in the hospitality/travel industry desired * Computer literate * Ability to multi-task * Eagerness to learn and develop The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
