The role: This role is primarily to generate and place candidates at an appropriate level (market dependent) and build meaningful relationships with clients. Vacancies are typically below 140,000 and will be a combination of assignments delegated by other team members and/or self-generated. The role also involves managing and enhancing client relationships as part of the recruitment process. The role expands to focus on client relationships, including winning work and developing clients as well as candidate contacts. Principal duties and responsibilities: Candidate cycle: * Generates candidates through referrals, marketing, networking and client contacts * Interviews candidates using a mix of techniques, including competency based questioning * Acts as trusted career management advisor * Manages the interview process to achieve high offer to acceptance ratio Financial management and commercial performance: * Manages financial aspects of the role, including expenses and cost control * Ensures placements are authorised and accurately completed * Fully utilises and optimises Job Science to best practice standards Client: Existing business: * Implements a core client plan - * Develops strong client relationships * Increases revenue and contact base in existing clients * Seeks to cross sell with existing clients * Provides innovative products to clients on a regular basis * Wins pitches and begins to undertake retained work * Builds a name and profile across the market * Client: Business development: * Proactively develops and implements effective BD plans * Proactively develops effective relationships across and outside the business that support and bring new revenue * Seeks to identify cross selling opportunities * Actively seeks new business prospects * Consistently builds on knowledge of specialist market, market dynamics, employers, job titles and levels of responsibility About you: * Graduate calibre * 5+ years' experience within a recruitment or search business across Professional Services only. * Demonstrable track record in a successful sales environment with billings totalling at least 220,000 * Well-connected consultant in the UK TP and International Tax Market * Strong relationship with Manger of key RPO's across Professional Services * In-depth knowledge of International Tax landscape and it impact on the UK Tax Market * Experience with pitching for retained mandates * Experience of running Tax industry events engaging key stakeholders across Professional Services and the FTSE marke
