Recruiter: The Little Foxes Club Position : Site Manager Fixed working hours: Saturday & Sunday shift times will range, with the earliest start time being 07:30 and the latest finish time being 13:30. Primary working location : Positions available at our flagship venues in West & Central London. We are looking for a confident and dedicated leader who is able to work as part of our growing team. You must have a wealth of knowledge and experience within sports coaching, teaching or childcare and be able to manage and support a diverse team of coaches. You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous development of the club. Daily duties include : * Managing and motivating a team of coaches at one of the club's coaching sites * Delegating tasks to ensure the complete setup and pack down of the site * Writing a site report for senior management * Maintaining health and safety and safeguarding standards * Liaising with customers to receive feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and services * Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times * Ensure all coaches adhere to the club's policies & procedures at all times * Hold team meetings with the site team * Mentor coaches * Ensure safeguarding processes are followed in line with policy & procedures * Ensure all queries are dealt with effectively in line with the club's policy and procedures * Be comfortable liaising with parents & children Essential Requirements * Previous experience of managing a team and delegating tasks * Previous experience of sports coaching or working with children within a teaching environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Be comfortable speaking to customers and managing feedback * First aid certificate * Full clean driving license Desired Requirements * DBS certificate * First aid qualification * Child safeguarding qualification * Full clean driving license * Minimum level 1 in an additional sport All applicants are expected to complete a fully enhanced DBS check, which we can help you obtain.
