Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner role with Oldham Community Services. The main responsibilities of the role are to provide clinical and operational leadership for a designated community cluster team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of Adult Community Nursing. To provide support and guidance to colleagues to assure that work is carried out in a multi-disciplinary way to promote the needs of clients and patients. In addition you will support the Senior Manager and Operational Manager, to ensure that governance systems and processes are adhered to and delivered within the area of responsibility of the senior practitioner.
