Patch is looking for a FP&A Manager initially on a 3-month contract to join our business support team, with a possibility of going permanent. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the FP&A Manager will be a key role supporting the business through regular budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. What will the job involve? * Working with the CFO, Financial Controller and Leadership team to own and manage our live forecasting process tying together commercial KPI performance and cost drivers from all functions in the business. Ensuring we have an accurate forecast of revenues and cash flows at all times. * Commercial Business Partner and Financial Analysis to all departments, with specific focus on our marketing performance drivers. * Working with our Strategy Manager on ad-hoc commercial analytics (I.e. Pricing, Supply chain) and business cases for investment. Providing value adding analysis, insights and recommendations. * Working closely with our BI lead to get stuck into our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, SQL) * Develop our long range forecast model, including future funding requirements, valuation and exit scenarios. Requirements What experience, skills and traits do I need? * Accountancy qualification or strong corp finance analytics training. * Must have solid experience in understanding, analysing and modelling B2C revenue drivers (marketing, pricing etc), associated costs and company cash flows. * Experience in a similar FP&A Role, ideally from a high growth, fast paced, e-commerce environment * Experience working with finance & non-finance stakeholders * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadline * Very strong financial and data modelling and Excel skills Nice to have: * SQL skills * Experience with Looker or similar BI Reporting Tools * Knowledge of LTV:CAC Analysis, cohorts and its importance in growth e-commerce businesses Benefits Whats in it for me?
