Job Description

The Product Operations Team enables TrueLayer to scale connectivity globally. This includes building and running processes that support connectivity product development and optimisation, managing communications with banks, and helping to determine the global roll-out strategy. We're looking for an ambitious individual who sees the big picture of where financial technology is headed and wants to get hands on operational experience in building and launching products in new markets. You will be exposed to and closely involved in the full product lifecycle from exploratory groundwork to building alpha, beta and live versions of our product. Does that excite you? Read on! What you will do: * Define and execute operational processes to support the development and global scaleability of our products * Be responsible for initiating, growing and maintaining our database of banks in new regions; * Engage with our financial institution partners to minimise user-impacting issues and ensure operational issues are escalated and resolved rapidly * Support new country product launches by collaborating and communicating with relevant teams across the business * Work with our Product, CSM and Compliance teams to manage our certificate database and onboard customers as we scale * Help develop our strategic prioritisation and product roadmap * Take unstructured data and organise it for critical data analysis, and present the outcome/recommendation Requirements We're looking for someone who: * Has at least 1 year of relevant work experience in an operational, product or project management role * Is process driven and organised in their approach to tackling large scale projects and data sets * Is excited to work in a distributed product team that collaborates, shares knowledge and empowers each other to succeed * Can communicate effectively, including being empathetic to the differing and sometimes conflicting needs of teams * Enjoys learning and using technology and tools to solve problems * Is extremely self-motivated and great at managing priorities and their own time * Likes to bring fresh ideas to the table and drive things forward without much direction Nice to haves: * Experience in a technology company * Speak another European language Benefits What you can expect from us: * Competitive salary and meaningful equity in the company * A lovely, spacious, natural light filled office in Clerkenwell * Team lunches on Friday * Flexible hours and remote working * Flexible holiday policy * Generous parental leave * Pension & Health Insurance * Learning & development allowance * Annual retreat & regular team socials * Choice of hardware * (and yes we have both a ping pong table and pool table ) Be your True(Layer) self at work As we go global, we want our team to reflect the diverse and multicultural world we live in.
