There is the opportunity from across the whole of the organization to learn from some very experienced instructors. The role will also allow the individual to get experience across the whole of the training function and have the opportunity to grow and develop within the team. Primary Job Requirement: This person will be supporting internal and external new product training program development, this could be Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials or eLearning modules. They will be working with SMEs and product owners to compile data/files/videos that go into the Learning Management System that is then used in training across DFS in EMEA. As a member of the training team we would like (but this is not essential) that the individual to work towards being able to deliver high quality Instructor Led Training (ILT), this could be to DFS new hires or anyone wishing to expand their knowledge of DFS products. The activities are focused to EMEA and include administration activities to maintain the LMS data and structures, necessary to use LMS for the EMEA service team and local service companies. Essential job functions include: Focus on satisfying our customers: Follow up with internal or external customers to verify training effectiveness to satisfying customers internally and externally and maintaining training to a high standard. Provides regular feedback to team members and customers on any of the training interventions. Ethics & Work Standards: Maintain the highest ethical and work standards, while promoting the same attributes in others. Working with both internal and external customers is performed with a professional demeanour and that all participants be held accountable to this high standard. Teamwork/Relationships: Works with other employees willingly and in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Demonstrates a commitment to the entire business and is supportive of all initiatives (company and departmental) to help grow the training business in the U.S. and Internationally. Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%. Ability to sit for extended periods of time (long international flights).
