As a Technical CRM Exec you'll be an integral part of driving activations and customer loyalty via our email and app channels, working closely with Marketing, Product, Design, Ops and Data teams. Working across both our B2B and B2C offerings. This is an exciting and pivotal role to take our CRM to the next level. We are looking for a passionate, tech savvy and data-driven individual with a proven track record of utilising Marketing Technology platforms to drive automation and scalability. You will be a technical marketer comfortable with HTML/CSS code to execute CRM campaigns, be the gatekeeper of all designs to ensure they follow best practises and champion personalisation/segmentation to increase relevance and engagement. Whilst being comfortable to provide data-driven recommendations to optimise manual and automated campaigns. Responsibilities * Daily project management of campaign development and deployment (plan, build and launch) * Own operational delivery, optimisation & reporting of all automated CRM campaigns * Work collaboratively with other departments such as Product, Data, Engineer and Design teams to ensure campaigns achieve company goals * Constantly looking for innovative ways to improve creative of comms * Execute strategies to drive customer engagement and drive loyalty and use CRM Marketing Technology to help achieve it faster and more efficiently * Build Lead Nurture programmes with lead scoring in place to drive new B2B users * Leverage customer data and historical engagement patterns to identify key customer segments. Implement segmentation, personalization and dynamic content into our Marketing Automation platform. * Conduct regular A/B and multivariate testing (data and creative) to optimize campaign performance and develop a shared knowledge base of learnings. * Analyse campaign performance and business trends to develop insights and strategic recommendations for future campaign optimization. * Manage customer contact calendar and plan out content to communicate to users Requirements Must have: * A minimum of 3 years in a CRM based role * Familiar with both B2B and B2C * Comfortable with hands-on/ sleeves-up execution of CRM campaigns, with experience in email, push and in-app marketing and a technical mindset * Experience working across various CRM and ESP platforms (Braze is desirable) * HTML and CSS familiarity (ability to have an understanding into email coding) * Experience working with an app focused company is desirable * Some experience with segmentation and customer journey mapping. * Analytical background with an attention to detail (SQL experience desirable) * Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and internal/external teams while sticking to deadlines. * Be accountable, collaboratively setting performance KPIs that are aligned to wider business goals Benefits * Competitive salary * 26 paid holidays * Private health insurance * Working in one of the hottest FinTech start-ups in Europe * Travel between our offices * Weekly restaurant-catered team lunch * Office snacks and lots of coffee * Regular social activities, including company Offsites * Working in a truly special team we believe in what we do!
