About the Division: THG Brands - Health Myprotein, THGs largest brand. You will find an unrivalled passion from the staff in Myprotein, whose dedication over the years have turned it into market leader in multiple territories globally. Myprotein, from production through to PR, is a large single unit working consistently to deliver rapid growth in a fast moving industry. Innovation, creativity and resourcefulness are common characteristic of the staff across all departments in this ever expanding team. We are looking for a Marketplace Executive, to help drive our brand, sales and performance across Myprotein China through launching the brand onto platforms such as TMall & JD. Role Core Responsibilities Include: * Ownership and responsibility of Myprotein in China, including launching the Myprotein JD and Myprotein TMall accounts as well as driving consistent growth and brand visibility in China. * Analyse e-commerce KPIs and data daily (using Excel, Google Analytics and other tools) to maximise sales opportunities, react accordingly, and formulate future strategy * Collaboration with wider teams, including NPD team, Central Marketing team in order to drive growth efficiently. * Responsible for P&L of Myprotein JD and Myprotein TMall, with monthly Revenue and Net GP targets * Work with the China Marketing team to establish brand presence in the territory through influencer/ambassador partnerships, 3rd party collaboration, affiliate network, retail/B2B partnerships as well as online presence through paid social, social and PPC channels. * Work with the central supply chain team in order to maintain strong site stock availability. * Work with Trust partner in China for the store operation. Requirements * Language Skills: Native Chinese, fluent English (both verbal and written) * Degree qualified and strong academic record * Experience with JD & TMall with brands - preferred * Experience within Ecommerce preferred * Native Chinese, fluent English * Strong interest in the Sports Nutrition / Fitness industry * Ambitious and prepared to take on responsibility * Commercially astute and intelligent * Proven communication skills Benefits * Competitive salary * Company pension scheme * Onsite Doctor * Employee discounts across THG brands * Company bonus scheme Salary: 28,900 - 40,000 per annum dependant on experience
