Launched in 2016, Workplace is an enterprise communications platform that is used by organizations of all sizes worldwide to transform how they connect, collaborate and get work done. To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a world-class Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the performance of an organization. This Product Marketing Manager role is a unique combination of program management and product marketing. This Product Marketing Manager will join a new team focused on creating an approach for teams across Facebook to build product experiences for Workplace. They will define the strategy and process for which solutions are built on the Workplace platform, and support these products through the development, the launch process and ongoing iteration. The successful candidate will display the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines, and have a demonstrated track record of launching high quality solutions to the market. **Required Skills:** 1. Partner to define the strategy and process for Facebook teams to build on the Workplace platform. 2. Co-own the process for managing and approving product team requests to develop on Workplace 3. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering. 4. Partner closely with teams developing on Workplace acting as the primary point of contact for the team and ensuring bi-directional channels of communication. 5. Run market and competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and create a data-driven product and sales channel strategy for products being considered for development on Workplace. 6. Collaborate with product management and engineering on product design and development. 7. Manage alpha and beta testing to provide solid qualitative feedback to product teams and guide them towards a launch-ready product. 8. Orchestrate across a cross-functional go-to-market strategy working with the product development team and marketing, sales, legal, partner management and PR to successfully launch products to Workplace customers in accordance with key roadmap themes. 9. Drive product adoption and ongoing product strategy by maintaining an ongoing relationship with all teams developing on Workplace through regular check-ins, continued feedback aggregation and market analysis. **Minimum Qualifications:** 10. Extensive years professional experience, with demonstrated experience in a product marketing capacity (partnered closely with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements and with sales to support product launches). 11. A number of years working in the enterprise collaboration space (productivity or social) is essential. 12. Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent communication skills. 13.
