The Role...... The Carer will ensure our residents receive joy, happiness and fulfillment - which is firmly linked to our mission statement. As well as ensuring exceptional care is offered, the successful candidate will support our residents taking care of their personal needs. You will work with other committed carers ensuring all our residents have a fantastic experience during their stay at St Katharine's Care Home. We have a number of shifts available from Days, Nights and part-time. Qualification & Experience needed..... * Experience of working with the elderly in a care setting or have previously care exposure. * Working with people who have dementia is desirable, but not essential. * Aspirations to progress to and complete NVQ qualifications in care. * Exceptional communication. * Team player.
