We currently have an opportunity for a Income Officer to join our dedicated team in Leicester and we really want to hear from you if you; * Have a clear understanding of the legal process in relation collecting debt, have the ability to advise tenants on their rights and how to mitigate the risk of loosing their home. * Have a clear understanding of the status of all rent accounts in the management area and work with the Income Team Manager to create a systematic debt reduction plan * Have exceptional customer service and communication skills * Have a clear understanding of welfare reform and the related benefits * Can build relationships across the business and with external partners to drive the successful completion of targets and action plans * Can demonstrate appropriate levels of numeracy skills.
