Your role We currently have a vacancy for a Farm Manager within our broiler division at Dakota Farm situated in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Farm Manager has overall responsibility of a Broiler Farm, including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring all stock produced is of the highest possible standard. Duties will include; people management, budget management, health and safety and bird welfare whilst complying with strict hygiene standards. Flexibility in hours of work is essential. A competitive salary will be offered and a house will be provided. What you'll need The successful applicant will be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, ability to use initiative be well organised. Previous poultry management and an NVQ in Poultry Management experience is preferred but not essential; an NVQ will be applied for.
