Job Description

The Role: Contract brand ambassador responsible for the delivery of day to day industry leading service (what good looks like) and the account management of key accounts through ownership, process and effective team management. Our Key Account Manager is the direct line for customer communication. What we need from you - skill & experience requirements: * A recruitment industry professional with 2 years' minimum managementlevel experience within the recruitment industry and holding appropriate industry and management level qualifications are a distinct advantage supported with evidence of achieving operational and growth results. * Holds a valid driving license * Proficient in the use of excel & word * Physically & medically fit * Smart appearance (is a brand ambassador) * Hardworking, customer focused, detailed, leads by example, disciplined, adaptable, 'can do' attitude, driven to achieve targets and objectives and passionate about recruitment * Communicates professionally well (written and verbally) at several business levels * Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines * A fast learner motivated to drive your own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility. Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3 to Level 5) qualification is necessary for this role and will be provided free by Kingdom What you will be doing and how to achieve success Examples shown are priority responsibilities but not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties: DELIVERING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE * Understand the Kingdom business, processes and software * Understand the customers business, their industry, culture and work environment * Relationship building (customer and candidates) * Proactive client engagement to understand demand profile and subsequent labour pool requirement. * Daily liaison with clients on operational issues and proactive action planning to remedy. * Mobilisation and resourcing. Support the Kingdom resource team to source candidates, interview and match candidates and approving candidates. Fill customer bookings against the customer specification and exacting standards pre deployment. * Job induction briefings and ownership of the workforce deployed * Complaint handling * General administration, meeting deadlines and production of management information SALES & GROWTH * Customer retention * Developing current customers and maximising opportunities * Ensuring market awareness of sales opportunities is gathered and shared with sales team.
