Job Description
" Riverside have a new opportunity for a Night Assistant, working full-time, on a permanent basis. You'll earn £18,135 per year +10% night shift allowance. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Your shift pattern will be 4 nights on, 4 nights off. Who you'll be helping Old Tea Warehouse offer housing and support for homeless people aged 18 to 65 with complex needs including addiction, a history of offending, and with issues around mental or physical health. What will you do? As a trusted member of our team, you will work across a defined geographical area assisting in the delivery of a high quality support, security and housing service to the clients of our supported Schemes. Day to day Your key responsibilities as an Old Tea Warehouse Night Assistant will include: • Have an awareness of the clients groups support needs, and contribute as directed to the delivery their agreed outcomes. • Implementing night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme. • Meeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practices. • Effectively dealing with anti-social behaviour. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness within schemes, preparation of rooms and site inspections.
