ABOUT THE TEAM Revolut for Business is a business account platform for domestic and international payments, designed to save SMEs time and money. We have thousands of businesses signing up every day. As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to be involved in expanding Revolut for Business card product globally and make an impact by helping thousands of businesses on a daily base. Our product teams are the workshops that transform Revolut's ideas into reality. They have built Metal cards, Crypto Trading, Vaults, Budgeting/Analytics and Social Payments in Retail and Business accounts, Connect, Expense Management in Business. Each area of Revolut's offering is owned by a dedicated product team with responsibility for all aspects of what they are building, from compliance and legal to business development and finance. Each product team operates independently like a mini-startup within Revolut, with its own tech and design resources. This not only allows for fast-paced development and pivots, it facilitates passionate, close-knit teams that work closely together to achieve their goals. ABOUT THE ROLE If you enjoy having a great autonomy to build products from the ground up, here at Revolut you will be empowered to act as a mini CEO of a mini startup and deliver a world-class user centric product that helps businesses succeed. As a Senior Product Owner, you will have the chance to work with some of the world's best UX designers, developers and data scientists and make your product at Revolut the main choice for business cards on a global level while working on a proven business model. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will be able to apply your data driven mindset, technical background and UX approach and to create the best possible experience for the end customers You will own end-to-end one of the business cards product and identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy You will enjoy having a direct impact on the revenue created from your and your team's work by creating a product that your customers loveAs a result, you and your team's work will make a difference to thousands of SMEs across the world! WHAT YOU'LL NEED 3-5+ years' product management experience with web-based companies Experience with analytics software and SQL Previous involvement with high-traffic websites (50,000+ per day) Knowledge and experience in user research and testingEngineering background A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
