Our team is central to shaping, enabling and supporting this journey, bringing exciting growth focused opportunities as part of our programme delivery or global functions. What you'll do As the Lead Product expert, you'll create the technology product that underpins what EF does; integrating digital tools which can transform how we deliver our programme to cohorts across the world. You'll work alongside GM's, non-technical product teams and our remote engineering group to build out innovations and a new product roadmap to drive short, medium and long term progression of EF. You role will include: * Spearhead product strategy globally * Understanding the needs and desires of our customers and delivering a world class, and globally relevant, tech product to meet their needs * Advancing internal tools and software to ensure EF teams are set up for success and support continued international expansion * Creating new software products which can digitalise and transform key aspects of the programme delivered to hundreds of customers annually * Working alongside EF's remote engineering team to support on the development and delivery of products * Working with the GM's to put into place new product ideas and changes Who you are * You are excited about EF's mission and is ambitious in interpreting it * You are a world class product manager (6+ years experience in a product role), who can bring design thinking and technical expertise to EF and exposure to working with Series A stage startups * You are a believer in agile methodology and lean prototyping * You have previously built software from scratch, partnering with engineering teams (including sprint planning) * You are passionate about customer feedback and creating value through ongoing product iteration * You have strong interpersonal skills and is used to working cross functionally and with senior leaders * You bring a customer first approach, who is empathetic to their needs and is excited about how we can build a life changing product for them * You thrive in a fast-paced, often scrappy, entrepreneurial environment This is a lead level role with a competitive salary and performance based remuneration plan. The role could benefit from significant expected upside from our fund via our incentivised carry plan. Location You will be part of our Global team, based in EF's HQ in London. You will report to Alice Bentinck, Co-Founder of EF.
