Clinical Training Practitioner Band 6 Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust Are you a dynamic and motivated clinician who already works in or alternatively is interested in moving into an education environment within the next phase of your career? We invite applications for the role of Clinical Training Practitioner to join our existing Education Training and Development Department as a key member of our Clinical training faculty. The role predominantly involves the regular delivery of Clinical Skills and mandatory training along with assessment to all clinical professionals in the organisation throughout the year as part of a rolling programme of courses. The role holder will deliver training via a variety of methods inclusive of innovative digital solutions. This role is focused on high quality delivery of a clinical skills teaching portfolio inclusive of Care Certificate Teaching Programme and the Preceptorship Teaching Programme. There is a real opportunity to make an impact in the organisation by developing a service which meets the emerging learning needs of clinical staff in the Trust and is in line with the NHS long term plan and the changes to the NMC educational standards for education.
