Job Description

What you will do As an Installation Performance Director you will be part of the EMEALA Install Excellence team and report directly to the VP UKI business. You will work across Business Unit's in the development of strategic improvement plans to support executed margins, with key focus applied to five key areas; Planning, Sub-Contract Resource Utilisation, Logistics, Field Capabilities and Customer Liaison. How you will do it Identify improvements in planning development by reviewing process and culture within the multiple planning functions across the business units. Identification and development of additional planning requirements/improvement opportunities. Identify improvements in Sub-Contract resource utilisation by working with the BU to ensure right numbers of sub-contractors by skill categorization, size to develop and upskill to quality and compliance aligned with market rate and competitiveness. Identify improvements in Logistics by working with the business to develop and identify improvement opportunities in both forward and reverse logistics management. Movement of product stock from point of manufacturing distribution to the point of need. Identify improvements in Field Capabilities by developing and maintaining continuous improvement culture within operational delivery teams, focused on installation to drive efficiency and productivity. Customer liaison by engaging at high level to identify resolutions of key critical projects by direct liaison with the customer. Engage and implement new legislation which impacts installation and deliver through cross-functional collaboration. Develop installation improvement plans by BU primarily focused on margin protection/enhancement.
