Imagine yourself innovating in dynamic and challenging projects. Responsibilities include: * Building and leading a world class product team. * Own product strategy for the entire product line including opportunity identification, business metric framework, resource tradeoffs and investment business cases. * Prioritising deliverables with IT and UX teams, acting as a "bridge" between business and technical teams, maintaining strong communications with internal partners. * Acting as the voice and advocate for our customers, identifying and understanding key customer insights, buyer behavior, and their various lifecycle journeys by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses across multiple data sets * Partner with sales and marketing leaders to develop the go-to-market strategy and develop a replicable and scalable process for execution of the strategy with cross-functional teams In Doji, we work hard to promote a culture of inclusiveness and diversity that seeks equality and values from different perspectives. Requirements * Previous experience in similar positions as product owner, project leader, growth hacker, consultant, etc. * Experience in managing digital products and projects. * Technical background to evaluate trade-offs. * Data driven, with vast experience in KPIs generation, tracking and root causing. * Capacity to translate data into information, diagnosis and action plans. * Knowledge in experimentation, hypothesis testing and growth hacking. * Experience with SQL and Tableau is desirable.
