Summary We are seeking a Product Manager who has extensive experience creating and executing high quality digital products that will push the boundaries of our website and apps. This is a great opportunity to take product design role in a vibrant, successful, high growth company whose Global Employee Well-being Platform supports 50,000 companies and over 15 million users. Responsibilities * Produce high quality features that meet our user and business needs for our website and native apps * Give and receive feedback effectively * Be a great communicator with brilliant presentation skills * Take responsibility for your decisions and work within a team Succeeding as a Product Manager will require the following core qualifications and skills: * A relevant design qualification is required * Extensive digital product design experience is required, in creating useful, inclusive, beautiful and functional designs that put the user first * Ability to work with, and expand our UI kit across all platforms is required * Experience designing for iOS, Android and web apps is preferred, with the ability to show the ability to execute the difference between platforms * Strong design principles, and layout skills * Strong, up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software and work flows * Advanced proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or similar *
