The opportunity Reporting to the Manager, CRM Operations, we are adding a new Salesforce Administrator role to the team in Saffron Hills. As our new Salesforce Administrator, supporting several hundred new users in the UK, Paris, and Australia, you will play a critical role in maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce system based on the various user group needs. Who you are You are a Salesforce Administrator in a mid-sized company (200 users). You have hands-on exposure maintaining profile security, workflows, and reporting in Salesforce. Ideally, you have Salesforce-ERP integration experience. You want to expand your skills and build your career as part of a larger team at a scaling organization integrating multiple technologies into Salesforce on a global level. You will be the first Salesforce Administrator for our EMEA and AsiaPac offices, allotted a range of responsibility, and with the possibility of onboarding, a junior resource as demand for support grows. Here's what our new Salesforce Administrator will do: * Deliver user support: * Triage, hotfix, escalate, document, and solve Salesforce issues for internal clients in the UK, Paris, and Australia. * Provide direct onboarding support during Phase One and subsequent phases of a new user rollout. * Deliver functional support. You will: * Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects and functions. * Help define workflows, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce environment. * Create new dashboards, workflows, and reporting capabilities. * Assist sales management in creating processes in Salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales, and leads. * Support the integration of the UK sales team's first Shopify platform. You will: * Export data from the legacy CRM and map correctly to Salesforce. * Provide onboarding support. * Maintenance. You will: * Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes. * Manage IT Support Tickets using ServiceNow. * Perform bulk updates where needed for users when required. * Maintain security user licenses, including sharing rules and security levels. * Help design, create and maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies. * Support the CPQ and Billing Process. * Prepare for system upgrades. How do we know that you are the new Salesforce Administrator, you have: * An ideal combination of education and experience. You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. You have onboarded, supported, maintained, and managed users in Salesforce. You have experience: * Using ServiceNow or another ticketing system. * Maintaining high-security standards for all data stored in Salesforce.com. * Creating and changing user profiles. * Implementing one or multiple Salesforce modules or integrating a product with Salesforce as part of the administrator or configuration team. * Building out enhancements, dashboards, and reporting functionality. * An analytical mindset. You are resourceful and enjoy digging into the root cause of issues and determining possible solutions, testing them out where you can. * A customer service-oriented personality. You can quickly build relationships and work closely with internal product teams, developers, users, and management. You can communicate technical details clearly to any level of audience, drilling down to the details, obtaining the right level of specificity.
