Position Summary: Contentsquare is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the growing Product Education team. The role is based in London and reports to the Head of Product Education located in Paris. You will collaborate within Product Education to elevate Contentsquare University (our E-Learning solution), deliver innovative training solutions, and enable clients on new features. As the first Product Education employee in the UK, you will be responsible for working with the wider UK Customer Success department to identify training and documentation needs and transform content into scalable digital content for our worldwide enterprise client base. Position Responsibilities: Gather feedback from regional clients and customer success teams on documentation and training gaps Plan, develop, organize, write and edit technical documentation of our platform, methodology, new features, and use cases for our client audience Create tutorials, step-by-step instructions, and scenarios for CS University training courses and our Help Center Build new user onboarding experiences through digital tutorials Prioritize, plan, and deliver content creation and update Bring a consistent and cohesive voice across all Contentsquare content and documentation Comfortable delivering audio/visual content for clients (Webinars, recorded videos, etc.) Contribute to the strategic decisions of implementing enterprise training for our wide portfolio of clients Promote CS University adoption internally and externally Essential skills and experience required: Excellent written and oral communication skills Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely Ability to work in full autonomy Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs Creative, empathetic, collaborative, optimistic, and curious Nice to Have: Experience working with Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Zendesk, Appcues, and/or WalkMe Experience working in SaaS, Analytics, and/or UX Fluency in a second language As well as the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the success of the global business here's what else we offer: - Plenty of opportunities for training and development - Flexible approach to working hours and holidays - Attractive people care approach with good health insurance, and French family care policy after 1 year of employment - Fun office culture with regular socials and perks ranging from go-karting, junkyard golf and rooftop curling to in-office massages, basement jazz trips, brie and boardgame evenings and movie nights - An office fully-stocked with (decent) coffee, breakfast, fruit and snacks (plus a regular supply of chocolate hobnobs) - Travel opportunities to our global offices for onboarding, the Hackathon, and our annual worldwide kickoff trip
