We are looking for some more "Care Angels" to join our team to help care for one of our longest standing clients in Wickham. Must live locally to Wickham in Fareham. Right at Home Solent is a friendly, professional, local homecare provider who recognises that its employees are its greatest asset. We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest standard of care for our private clients. We have recently been awarded an OUTSTANDING rating by the CQC! We are currently looking for morning shift cover, and evening shift cover in Wickham in Fareham. Morning shifts start at 7am, and evening shifts finish at 10pm. We require Care Assistants who can work at least 7am to 11am or 7pm to 10pm. Guaranteed hours contracts are available for the right candidates. Responsibilities of our Care Assistants: Duties will include personal care, assisting clients with washing and dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and taking clients for appointments or outings. Requirements of our Care Assistants: We need people who are looking to enhance the lives of our clients and make each day fun and enjoyable. From enjoying good conversation to going out to their favourite shops, we want to make each visit a great one! You will be the face of Right at Home, so you will need to be personable, well presented and completely trustworthy. Attitude and the desire to help others is as important as previous experience as a Care Assistant.
