In this role you'll be focused on delivering Product Excellence, breaking down cross-functional barriers and dependencies. The most effective Product Operations Managers will support the Product team and their go-to-market counterparts around the business to improve alignment, communications, and processes around the product. They will accelerate feedback loops, increase efficiencies, and help to improve feature adoption by capturing input from a wider variety of sources. What does a Product Operations Manager do? As we grow as a company, WorldRemit needs to bring structure and alignment to the way we deliver our Products. This will allow us to continue to grow at pace, in a sustainable way, with the highest quality product offering. Product operations managers help WorldRemit's Product team operate as effectively as possible. They support the Product team and their go-to-market counterparts around the business to improve alignment, communications, and processes around the product. Effective product ops managers accelerate feedback loops, increase efficiencies, and help to improve feature adoption by capturing input from a wider variety of sources. Product ops managers need to be both thinkers and doers. Both establishing and implementing the appropriate ways of working to ensure Product excellence. They will use their planning and coordination skills to ensure strategic alignment amongst different teams and partners, in order to bring key stakeholders across different functions together. Specific priorities within the product operations function may vary based on company maturity, industry, and the nature of the product itself. Responsibilities * Work closely with Product Managers to develop their roadmaps, from ideation all the way through to delivery execution. * Enable cross-functional collaboration in order to generate and promote Product ideas from around the business. * Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to support product management. * Own, maintain and develop a robust and scalable go-to-market process, guaranteeing the success of all of our products. * Own responsibility for prioritisation of the combined Product backlog, working with the team to help facilitate regular updates. * Manage both the Major and Minor Product release process, communicating it effectively. * Support Product Managers with their go-to-market and roll out planning. * Support Product Managers in building out delivery plans, identifying Definitions of Done for each phase of the Product delivery lifecycle and helping to set accountabilities at each stage. * Manage internal and external Product Communications, acting as 'the glue' between your area of the Product function, the business and our customers. * Ensure alignment between all business stakeholders on key objectives for Product. * Own and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual planning. * Facilitate effective product governance. * Manage both internal and external product communications, identifying the most effective means for both. * Challenge our existing processes, supporting the leadership in developing WorldRemit's Product Operations framework. * Help build effective workflows for Product Operations, that enables Product Managers to release the highest value new features to customers quickly. * You will fast-track cutting away complexity and promoting best practice. What we are looking for: * You'll have experience in Operations, Project or Product management - preferably from a management consultancy or digital background. * Willing to get stuck into the technical detail, you'll be able to converse with technical teams but also with the wider business. * You'll have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, providing oversight and insight where required, whilst minimising unnecessary process. * Outcome-focused, you will have proven experience of 'getting it done', being able to cut through the noise and keep the team focused on the end goal. * You'll have experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. * You'll have a wealth of methodologies to apply to help us achieve effective lifecycle management, but you'll be flexible to find the right approach for each product. * You will be able to think both strategically and tactically, supporting the leadership in developing a Product Operations Framework, whilst also being able to provide direct support to Product teams. *
