If so, we would like to welcome you to join our friendly and supportive, Finance team here at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust (SaTH). We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance Department, helping to provide the best healthcare for the 500,000 population of Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid-Wales. As an Assistant Finance Manager you will play a key role in supporting the financial development of the organisation, working closely with clinical teams to provide your financial expertise and having a real opportunity to make a difference to SaTH in securing the financial sustainability of the Trust. For the right candidate the role will provide a great opportunity to develop and excel, with access to the internal Leadership academy and support of HFMA training courses. SaTH is a CIMA accredited organisation, demonstrating the support we provide to the development of our staff. The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust employs nearly 6,000 people over two hospitals and has annual turnover in excess of 350m, providing care to nearly half a million people in the area. We are looking forward to exciting changes following the announcement of 312 million to be invested in our two hospitals to improve the provision of care, and the successful candidate will have the fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of these major developments.
