Purpose of the role: Our Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing a proactive and progressive approach to strategic marketing priorities and projects which underpin our growth ambitions at ICIS. As Product marketing professional you will support ICIS Vision & strategic goals to come into life, resulting in building targeted and customer centric go to market strategies to achieve growth of new & existing customer base. Our success is based on the strategic value we bring to our customers and product marketing is vital to contribute by designing an audience-centric go-to-market strategy, developing deep buyer insights, creating messaging that resonates, taking a strategic approach to launch and driving more revenue with the right customer understanding programs. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Customer Insights and product positioning * Work with analytics teams to collect and interpret customers and prospects data and insights in order to deepen understanding of ICIS customer and marketplace * Summarise deep buyer insights - based on customer research data and reports- and define how the product fits in users' workflow and adds value * Understand the global market and market segments. Develop market intelligence and expertise on industry sectors, buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, including expertise on competition * Develop product positioning and messaging framework articulating key values and strengths, and differentiating from its competitors * Propose segmentation of audiences for strategic goals * Conduct market sizing & gap analysis to understand and advise on the biggest growth opportunities. Market segmentation & strategy * Develop comprehensive go to market strategy & plan outlining key objectives and activities * Define and monitoring KPI's measuring effectiveness of product marketing programmes, in collaboration with analytics team and aligned with business outcomes * Work closely with functional leaders to build go-to-market plans to support and grow the product offerings * Prioritise and align target audiences, developing effective storytelling and value propositions * Ensure go-to-market strategies are aligned with the business wider objectives and all relevant stakeholder groups. Sales enablement * Communicate customer centric value proposition to commercial teams * Develop necessary go to market messages that support the selling process. Desired key skills: * Numerical and analytical mindset to support market / customer research and analysis * Expertise in developing customer-centric value proposition and messaging framework * Ability to successfully collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams * Strong communication skills to efficiently articulate and communicate on objectives internally * Solid project management, planning and organisational skills * Result-driven and adaptive capacities Desired experience: * Demonstrablefirst-hand experience in building or actively contributing to go-to-market strategies for an international B2B audiences * Practice or strong understanding of go-to-market strategy frameworks & processes * Ability to demonstrate customer-centric approach in go-to-market strategies or product launches * Strong stakeholder management with cross functional teams and track record of efficient internal communication * Experience producing sales enablement material for B2B offerings and contribution to trainings.
