Job Description

Working as a Product Analyst, you will be the go to person for all data related matters on our Brain Training app. You will be a key partner for the team, providing insights which will drive the product and company forward. You will help us improve our monetisation, retention and app features, design and analyse AB tests, automate and optimise our user acquisition, and do deep user analysis to understand the behavioural levers which drive our users decisions. This role is a broad one, and will offer the opportunity to develop adjacent skills in Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Management. You will be joining a newly reformed team, with an appetite to rebuild and revamp the data culture within the company, so you will have an impact from day one. Requirements * A solid foundation in technical skills : SQL, Python * Comfortable translating open ended questions into concrete analysis * A multidisciplinary mindset that can translate data into product actions * Familiarity with mobile apps and/or games as a consumer * Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker (or any similar) * Experience designing and analysing AB tests and foundational statistics knowledge Desirables * Experience in developing data science models like churn prediction, LTV, segmentation/clustering, recommendation systems * Experience in mobile apps / games, especially F2P or subscription business models * Experience using github / coding collaboration within a larger data team * Experience designing custom event tracking and/or database structures, data engineering skills in general * Familiarity with user acquisition within mobile apps / games or other digital business * Knowledge or interest in user level behaviours / background in behavioural psychology Benefits * Choice of laptop plus either an iPhone or Google Pixel * Performance related bonus scheme with the opportunity to earn up to 20% of annual salary * A training budget of 1,000 per year to spend on training, conferences and events * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off * Working from home flexibility.
