Job Description
The Challenge As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Adobe EMEA Digital Experience Business Unit Team, driving GTM for key digital marketing solutions, specifically Adobe's commerce offering. This will also include leading strategies and activities necessary for growing market awareness, adoption and usage for our solutions and associated services. What You'll Do * Represent Global product marketing to the EMEA business, owning regional positioning, messaging and field readiness programs. * Understand regionalgo-to-market(GTM)requirements andproactivelyown & deliver priority programs to growthe Experience Cloud business across EMEA * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners & Consulting to support monthlyGTMrelated to your product-this includes supportingpipe generation, progression, adoption and account engagement. * Building and/or leading the development of value-oriented product collateral, demos, and materials to communicate the value of Experience Cloud. Review, localise and create external facing content as required * Clearly articulate and enable the market, field leaders, and sales enablement teams on the value of Adobe Experience Cloud products * Lead local pricing decisions, product offerings, and related deal approval * Represent the business in product-related content forevents * Lead regional product & major feature launches & field acceptance for EMEA * Align with global teams to coordinate for theongoingneeds of the region on GTM and product strategy What You'll Need * Significant experiencein a product marketing or product management related technology role * Experiencedat understanding customer needs and developing crisp messaging and content that resonates with target audiences * Successful candidate will be organised, assertive, resourceful, and have experience working with VP or C-level executives * Able to professionally manage work relationships acrossa matrix ofdirect or indirectpeers * Able to work effectively and proactively with a minimum of direction and balance multiple demands simultaneously * Excellent communicator and team player: candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be as articulate and well presented on the phone and in-person, as in email * Able to work enthusiastically and helpfully across organisations, levels, and diverse personalities * Works effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups applying a 'whatever it takes' attitude * Demonstrable presentation skills with ahigh-degreeof comfort presenting to audiences of 1, 10 or 100s * Versatile and enjoys a challenge: The candidate should be comfortable juggling priorities from the tactical to the more strategic * Willingness to travel in Europe and regularly to the US * Bachelor's degreepreferred * Multiple European languages an advantage At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
