JAVA Software Development Trainer Permanent Cheltenham based with UK wide travel About The Role The Java Software Developer will have the ability to deliver training specialising in JAVA and related technologies such as J2EE, Test driven development, MySQL and C++ to name a few, as well as delivering on other QA Training portfolio where required. You may have been a developer yourself or be one currently seeking a fresh career change! You will generate revenue and maintain QA's standard of excellence through the delivery of classroom training and courseware development With a passion, hunger and thirst to deliver quality training to the market, you will have excellent customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. Training courses can last between 1 full day to 5 days depending on the customer. You may also be required to go onsite to deliver training from time to time, therefore there is some travel involved with this position About The Person * To generate revenue by delivering both public scheduled and bespoke courses in relation to JAVA and Software development * To take responsibility for developing and maintaining agreed courses * To maintain an up-to-date skills base through personal development and accreditation activities * To support Sales and other internal departments with specialist advice and support on an ad-hoc basis Your Skills & Experience * Experienced in the Software Development sector * Good object orientated programming skills * Developing experience using JAVA * MySql skills are advantageous but not essential
