Job Description
Bedfordshire Community Health Services (BCHS) has an exciting opening for a Quality and Performance Manager, working with and supporting the Quality Managers and the Senior Management Team to manage clinical governance, performance, and quality assurance priorities across BCHS Adult Services. By joining us you will work as part of the BCHS Quality Team which includes the Patient ParticipationLead, but also the wider Community Services Quality Team within ELFT. Your role will be pivotal to supporting the delivery of a range of challenging national and local targets, as well as outcomes for service users. Additionally, you will work with senior clinicians and operational managers to ensure robust performance management and assurances processes are in place, and to support QI work and service developments. To be successful in this role you will require excellent analytical, performance management and quality improvement skills, as well as advanced communication skills in order to ensure effective working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be adept at applying logic to problems encountered on a daily basis and confident in relaying sometimes technical information and data in a clear and concise manner. As our Quality and Performance Manager you will have experience of data base management, complex report writing, IT skills, interpersonal skills, and experience of implementing effective improvement methodologies and performance management techniques.
