We are looking at the future, and STRYDE will change the way that seismic is done. Role Overview STRYDE is looking for its first Product Manager to work as part of our engineering and design team in establishing a structured product backlog to allow us to take our product(s) to the next level. This is a start-up, so this person will need to identify and work with key stakeholders to build out the roadmap and then use their product management skills to manage and own this moving forward. What you will do: Own backlog & prioritisation for one or multiple products in the overall STRYDE product offering Work alongside our engineering and design team to set product strategy Gather requirements from business stakeholders and potentially the customers themselves Be the Product Manager for a cross-functional Agile team, who will rely on you to make day-to-day product decisions, prioritise the product backlog You will run product definition sessions with a mix of stakeholders, and work with the Product and leadership team to shape overall product strategy Keep up with technology and market trends and be ready with informed opinions Work with the UX team to understand user behaviour and define user experience, truly understanding the problems and needs of your target personas Demo the products in person and online, in real time and recorded Use data to improve decision making and product quality What we're looking for: Excellent experience in a similar role - ideally in a start-up, with experience owning backlog and prioritisation A proactive approach to product management - identifying problems and offering solutions B2B product management experience End to end experience of launching a product Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements from different people and providing a succinct view of priorities to the engineering and design team Hands-on experience using JIRA (Ticketing, feature specification, feature prioritisation, backlog refinement), as well as solid Agile / Scrum experience Experience mapping a product Seismic survey planning and in-field seismic acquisition experience in highly desirable IoT experience would be advantageous
