Forty-six years since the first Pride march in London, Pride in London has a renewed sense of purpose to highlight the challenges still facing the LGBT+ community today despite progress. We are run by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity and are drawn from all walks of life; together we pull off the UK's biggest free LGBTQ+ community event every year. Pride aims to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and campaign for the freedoms that will allow all of our community to live their lives on a genuinely equal footing. Around 150 people volunteer year-round to help us deliver what has become a world-class Pride. We welcome applications from everybody, and are especially keen to attract new volunteers from the BAME, Trans, Bi, Non-binary and Queer communities who we would love to see more widely represented in our organisation. Your new team Our fundraising team is key to making Pride in London happen. The event is expensive to run and the show couldn't go on without their efforts encouraging generous donations from thousands of individuals every year. The team work tirelessly year round across a range of activities from running glamourous events like our Gala Dinner, to partnering with community groups or simply hitting the streets with a Pride in London fundraising bucket. The fundraising team is responsible for growing financial donations and commercial income that allow Pride in London to continue to grow the event and its support of the LGBTQI+ community. You will be part of a team that is responsible for generating high levels of income. One of the key funding streams is through the sale of stalls for various organisations to interact with attendees across the footprint of the day of Pride. Your new volunteer role As part of our grow income strategy we are looking for a Community Pride Partners CRM Manager. This role will be responsible for acquiring and managing new cause related marketing partnerships in line with Pride in London across London. You will be responsible for responding to CRM enquiries, liaising with relevant teams for sign off, ensuring legal contracts are completed and adhered to and developing the CRM partnership. Reporting into the Community Pride Partners Senior Manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for generating 30k+ income. The fundraising team is responsible for growing financial donations and commercial income that allow Pride in London to continue to grow the event and its support of the LGBTQ+ community. Responsibilities include: * Responding to cause related marketing enquiries, explaining process and legalities to the business. * To complete due-diligence on the business to ensure values are in line with Pride in London. * To have sign off from Head of Fundraising and Community Pride Partner Senior Manager for CRM partnership to go ahead and make all necessary arrangements including contracts. Design and implement a sales strategy to increase enrolment of businesses that are lapsed Partners, as well as new CRM partners. * Arrange invoices and ensure payments are made on time. * Deliver and grow the scheme as well as build on existing relationships with Community Pride Partners. * Analysis and reporting of acquisition strategy, CRM numbers and engagement with cause. * Work with the Head of Fundraising and Community Pride Partners Senior Manager on the strategic plans for growing the year round income. * Analysis and reporting of CRM strategy and engagement with cause. Who you are This role requires someone with experience of acquiring new business, working on CRM partnerships or relevant experience. Knowledge of managing corporate partnerships is desirable. An outgoing, friendly personality, with some sales experience. The role will require contribution all year round, with increased commitment period in the last two months leading up to Parade weekend.
