The Role This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role on the Neo4j Aura Product team and guide the delivery of Neo4j Aura.Neo4j is the market and technology leader in graph databases, the category it pioneered. As graph databases gain popularity and move to the mainstream, Neo4j Aura, Neo4j's recently launched Database as a Service, brings the power of graph to a new audience and lays the foundation of Neo4j's continued success As the Product Manager for Enterprise Cloud, you will assess the needs of the Enterprise market for Graph as a Service and plan a product roadmap to deliver to those needs, and working with a world-class team of product managers and engineers to deliver. Your Background 10+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in Product Management and 3+ years as a Product Manager for a SaaS-delivered data product (ideally a database)Experience working with Product Marketing, Field, Customers, and Prospects to iteratively deliver a successful service to the G2000 Demonstrated experience working with highly skilled engineering teams to turn market needs into product requirements and manage the complex web of trade offs Experience with a variety of product and project management techniques with opinions on the pros and cons of each real world experience with SaaS data products, in particular database, data tooling, and data integration. Familiarity with the database market, developer tooling, and the needs of the developer Great written communication and ease with video chat across multiple time zones Gather needs from market analysis, customer interviews, participation in the sales process, competitive research, and cloud partner best practices Work closely with the Director of Product Management for Neo4j Aura to develop a roadmap and vision that intersects with and reinforces self-serve Motivate a small team of engineers to deliver and continuously improve the Neo4j Aura Enterprise offering Work closely with the commercial sales-assisted lead to ensure alignment with the field on sales enablement, roadmap (expectations), and customer feedback Partner with the Neo4j Aura Product Managers to solve for understanding the Neo4j Aura user journey and points of friction (as developers span segments) Work with the Neo4j partnership team to maximize our penetration in the top three public clouds,monitor trends in the cloud landscape to ensure that Neo4j Aura has the opportunity to remain ahead of the competition Why Join Neo4j?
