Job Description
The Commercial Manager is a key appointment and will take the lead on the development of a high quality strategy to deliver and provide financial advice on PFI projects. This includes the management, professional and technical responsibility and accountability of the delivery of all services of a commercial nature in relation to the PFI contractual performance obligations. These obligations are set out in Schedule 14 (Performance Standards), Schedule 18 (Paymech Financial Penalties Deductions and Service Failure Points) and Schedule 22 (Small Works and Variations) plus undertaking Market Testing in accordance with Schedule 17.
