Customer Operations Planning and Capacity Analyst Who are we? At Chetwood Financial Ltd. we think differently. We act differently. We are focused on serving distinct customer segments that are currently underserved by the market, with products designed specifically for their needs. We use modern technology, and an ecosystem of partners, to take the cost out of manufacturing banking products, so we can make our customers better off. We are also developing a range of products, using personal data and active triggers, to create dynamic products. Unlike traditional banking models, we are not obsessed with customer ownership and cross-selling other products. Our products must be right for our customers and stand alone. We focus on building the best products we can for each customer segment, rather than building one product to serve all. Role Purpose As our business grows, we're looking for someone to help analyse volumes and capacity of our Customer Operations team. This will involve gathering data from multiple sources, building forecasting models and planning for the future, as well as monitoring performance today. Key responsibilities Use existing tools and data sets to analyse current capacity, future demand and recommend changes to the Head of Operations and Operations Committees Build forecast of expected demand levels based on a growing business with additional services and products Enhance operational reporting capabilities and the use of data to drive efficiency Establish dashboards and reports to measure performance against set KPIs Build strong relationships with both Customer Operations, as well as the Data team to obtain expertise and knowledge from both areas Essential Skills and Experience Experience in data analysis roles with some recent experience in demand and capacity planning, within an operational team Experience producing reports and dashboards to provide insights and track performance Adaptable to change - ideally experience working in a smaller, fast paced business Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate field (maths, science, engineering, computing etc.) Desirable Skills and Experience Financial Services (Retail Banking) knowledge, particularly in operational areas Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems and data An understanding of AWS or other cloud based data analytic environments Apply for this Job
